Emsam + melatonin...SAFE???

HI there,
long time listener, first time poster. On 12mg of emsam and having trouble with sleep. Dr. prescribed 6.25 ambien CR, but it doesn't get me through the morning, and i hate ambien on principal.

Melatonin has worked for me in the past....is it safe to take with 12mg Emsam? I've searched online and see one positive study that discusses melatonin + deprenyl, but nothing about dosages or safety in humans.

Any suggestions?
