> Okay, so I'm bipolar and have been having a serious depressive episode. I have barely kept myself together taking the following hot mess of a diet:

> 60mg Remeron
> 60mg Cymbalta
> 600mg Bupropion SR
> 200mg Lamictal
> 1,500mg Depakote
> 60mg Propranolol (for tremors due to all of the above)

He's one of the premier P-Docs in the city (everybody knows his name) and I really do trust him but I still thought it was an odd choice for a sleep aid!Trazodone does work great for sleep..I've used it myself. Wow, you are on a lot of medication, but i don't think adding Trazodone will be a problem, it is commonly used for insomnia. Trazodone is a potent antihistamine, i don't think it has much of a sertonin uptake if you are concerned about serotonin syndrome.
If i were you, and you are not doing any better on all the meds you are on maybe a second opinion would be a good idea. Best wishes!
