I either can't really feel my bladder unless it's full (and then I need to urgently go), or else I always feel like I have to urinate. The biggest problem is initiating urination. I can stand/sit there for 10 minutes, knowing my bladder is full, but not being able to initiate urination. This is especially at public urinals when there is "performance pressure".
Urinary retention is a common side effect on Nardil, but what you're describing is a little different. Unless it's really really bothersome, it can probably wait until your next pdoc appointment, or else you could just give him/her a call to let him/her know what's going on to see if he/she thinks it's important enough to come in or adjust your dosage.
Anyways, I have similar issues. I don't want to be too descriptive to my pdoc, because I'm worried he will lower my dose or stop the med alltogether.
Sorry for responding as a man to a womens only thread, but I couldn't resist since I'm having such a similar problem. Anyways, good luck with the side effect. Hopefully it will just disappear as many Nardil side effects seem to...
