> I always used to get tired around the same time you do but Nardil has been energizing for me.. I know you're not supposed to consume large amounts of coffee, but I have at least 5 cups a day (strong, as I grind my own beans), spaced out during the day..I wonder if a strong cup of java or two in the afternoon might help your fatigue..might be worth trying..
thanks,
A few more questions for you here:
-how long have you been on Nardil (and at what doses)?
-has the daytime fatigue gone down over time?
-I'm not a big coffee drinker. Does one become desensitized to the caffeine over time and need to drink more and more? Would it make sense to not drink coffee on weekends when I'm not at work and don't need to function as highly in order to not develop a caffeine tolerance. And finally, what about jitteriness or depressed feelings when coming down off of the caffeine? Thanks so much!!!!
