It's basically Lilly's attempt to keep both their products going: Prozac running (now generic) and combine it with Zyprexa, which itself will go off patent fairly soon.

I think its a negative to have combined drugs when each person responds individually to the separate agents.

Who is to say also that fluoxetine is the appropriate SSRI combination with olanzapine for someone?
