Medication Error

California HMO contract Dr. agreed to treatment plan with my 14 year old daughter using Zoloft then gave her two other medications that caused her to hallucinate.

Haloperidol/cogenten will not subdue panic and anxiety, but Zoloft will.

Anyone know an attorney?
