Then I guess thats what you write down.
Maybe with the top profile a comment can be added saying a brief note (maybe scale of 1-10) of how you are responding.Underneath that, where the previous med trial would be, you could simply add a brief note saying why it didn't work, or what was wrong with it. Example:
Current meds:
Marplan 50mg + Klonopin 3mg
"3 months. So far so good. Depression & SA much better. 8/10."Previous trial:
Nardil 90mg + Klonopin 1.5mg + Wellbutrin 300mg
"Nardil great at first but pooped out. Various addons helped but only briefly so gave up"Remember, this could be in small print or even hidden, allowing others to see it or keep it hidden. And it could be laid out more appropriately than my above example. Anyway, some of the posts on here are sooo long, especially if you choose to show previous post when replying, that room shouldn't be a problem really.
Might sound complicated but a Web wizard could organize it pretty easily.
