How long have you been taking it and did it keep you awake and focussed at the beginning? If so it may be tolerance. I had tolerance bad with Provigil. Only things that worked were increasing the dose up to 500mg+ (which will inevitably continue to build tolerance) or take a break from it, say 3-4 day & start again at 100mg. I think short holidays from Provigil are commonly necessary to keep it working.
