I am not well experienced with mood stabilizers. Just a little. I have been reading a lot lately at psycheducation.org, where they shed a lot of light on new bipolar stuff. Anyway, somewhere in the reading topamax is not a good mood stabilizer. The ones touted as best were lithium, depakote, zyprexa, seroquel, lamictal maybe fish oil, and maybe abilify.
