Probably not..If deplin was so effective that it worked well as a montherapy it would be advantageous to market as such inorder to generate more sales. It is probably marketed that way because it augments the effects of ad's but just wasn't found that effective as monotherapy. Doesn't mean that some won't have a great response to it in montherapy but just won't work that way for most people with depression.
