Unfortunately it is the best in terms of side effects (we can get into a discussion of lipids but even Risperdal affects them too) that we have now.
Is it possible to take clonidine/guanfacine (a2 agents) or metoprolol/toprol XL (or any cardioselective beta blocker) with your Seroquel?
