In the SSRI class prozac is viewed as the most activating. In my experience it was. I added zyprexa to it later and it was quite a good combo. Both of them offset the side effects of the other while at the same time working synergistically. It was like the sum was greater than the two parts added together. 1+1=3. I later added a low dose of adrafinil to it and that was the best I've ever been.

There are all kinds of antipsychotic/ssri combos. The most popular and FDA approved for bipolar and treatment resistant depression is prozac+zyprexa. Another popular one in scientific journals is celexa+risperdal.
