no no no, say "NO" to your fears that come to your head.
Its in your mind. I was watching a movie called "1408" which was the most worst movie i have seen (john cusak) and i turned it off it was too stupid, and sick! but anyways there was this old man that was sitting in wheel chair in a cold freezing "bathroom" like room. When i saw his face, i thought that was going to be me. I went nuts........... i started breathing hard, rubbing my hands together, but im not that bad looking really, but i something said thats going to be you if you dont get on with my life.
I had this anxiety attack over it, but i said "peace be still" like Jesus said. Its not going to happen, its fear. Fear will plague you and do bad things to you, i have read people with dissociate disorders can get allergic, or go numb in there body because its too much fear.
Do you feel, like apathy? in general? like there is no point in doing anyhting? like even moving? (not a joke) Do you feel kinda adrift? like just "there". I know what you mean.what i get is that your glad that you can function with your body.
There are medications like stimulants that can make you feel more alert and with reality, but there not the awnser.
Get a mental projection of yourself, think of yourself walking into a room in your mind as your walking into a room, and make that image an image you like. Like some made up person you want to be. That might help.
Is this more depression and apathy or just what your describing?
