Want off Topamax- need suggestions

I take a low dose of Topamax- 50 MGS. I am going to discuss going off of it with my doc, but need suggestions as to how to wean as I am very med sensitive and don't tolerate w/d's very well. I know you aren't supposed to cut the pills, they aren't designed to be split. Has anyone tapered off of Topamax effectively, and can suggest a way to do so that would not be disruptive and cause heavy SE's?
