1. your meds are not working so call your pdoc that celexa has to either come up in dose or you should give it up
please talk to your pdoc2. being agitated and depressed is very difficult. be as kind to yourself as possible
3. for your days off you must make plans.
the night before you make a list-- not too demanding and including:
a few practical errands,
dealing with a few stupid little paperwork things you've been putting off.
something that might please you -- that you have enjoyed at some point,
at least one person to call. when you call ask them all the questions, get them to bring you up on their life. you can be social and not explain your own head trip. just interact
something to eat that will be a treat must be on the listcross things off your list as you go
look at that list at the end of the day and give yourself a pat n the back4. take warm baths
5. take long walks. walking gets me through some of my toughest times. it's a great thing putting one foot in front of the other. it may sound stupid but walking gives me a sense of purpose and focus when all else fails6. again, your meds aren't working so get to your pdoc.
