I'd be careful to judge and label something immediately as an exact disorder. It could be a lot of things. If you have access to psychological testing it really brings light into things. If I could guess there's a lot of self esteem issues going on there plus a lot of other factors. Just a viewpoint to not rush to judgment because that just leads to beating yourself up and making yourself feel worse. You don't have to feel anxiety to have conditions interacting with the world around you.
