I take 60mg of Cymbalta, which is similar to Effexor, in addition to 60mg of Remeron and 400mg of Wellbutrin. I was on just the Remeron and Wellbutrin, but I wasn't having much response. When I added the Cymbalta, it was like night and day. Unfortunately, it is making my tremor worse and I'm having anorgasmia. I'm between a rock and a hard place because I don't know if it's better to be happy and sexless or incredibly depressed and horny. =(
