Bethanecol might help » addinbc

In reply to Bad anticholinergic effects of TCAs...Aricept???, posted by addinbc on December 24, 2007, at 3:45:55

Bethanecol is sometimes used to mitigate the anticholinergic side effects of TCAs and MAOIs. I think it's officially labeled for urinary retention, but it's a cholinergic agent which should help counter the rest of the problems these medications can cause.

Hope that helps.
