Well first id ask,and im sure it isnt the case,but have u switched to the generic version just recently released?
If not,how much of weight has been put on in the period of time,i.e was it a dramatic sudden jump in weight?
I have just about the same problems.First however i lift weights and with a specific age had a dramatic increase in body mass,so that was one thing.Second upon trying the generic version of parnate i actualy brought it back to the pharmacy as it made me ill,could have been my imagination but it sure dident feel like it.
Now i find the parnate seems to be a creature of its own,working on days it wants to and simply not on others.Ive went from a 30 mg dose to 50 and the dose dident seem to be as meaningful as the meds in a sense "attitude" that day.Sounds odd i know.
So on to augmentation i went,and well one among many i have used is a simple caffiene tab of 250 with a parnate dose.With it the caffiene does not seem to show actual stimulant effects but rather simply add to parnate opposed to the addition of actual psycho pharm stims.
Last one of the best things that helped me was obtaining some of the UKS brand,reason being the US based parnate went through a REFORMULATION where it went from a sugard coated tablet to a dry film coated one.I swear there have been times where i almost feel the tabs sitting whole in my tummy.
The UKS brand is still sugar coated,extremly sweet to the touch of the tongue,and very potent.I am insured totaly on our brand,and the UKS brand is horridly expensive,so i simply have to use it in small increments,but even then it still seems to help a ton in giving the US brand a kick start,for example i am out of UK now,and the US brand is doing nothing for me at all,im spiraling into a hole extremly fast,and i noticed it happened the day my UK mix ended.Im extremly fed up with parnates inconsinty,however i simply dont see a viable option for a primary med as i am a non ssri responder.
I will tell you in a perfect world id use the UKS sugar coated brand full force in a second,and the fact that just the coating is changed allegedly im told should NOT be a issue,i can only go by the actual results no matter who tells me otherwise.
P.S The reformulation change is easly found on the net just in case u wanted it.
