My pdoc added Lyrica to my Cymbalta and Provigil in the past year. I also take Klonopin when I get too anxious or nervous. I'm coming off the Provigil because the Lyrica and Cymbalta together are too agitating. It has worked great. I really like Lyrica. I only take 50mg twice a day, and it has made a huge difference in my mood and motivation.
Good luck. How high a dose do you want?
