Which is better w/Seroquel?

Ok - I'm doing pretty darn good on the Seroquel at night - it really helps me sleep and it seems to help a little with depression.

But, I still need something every so often for anxiety. Which is better - Klonopin or Xanax with Seroquel - or does it matter?
