I never took Paxil, just Lex, Prozac, St John's Wort, and tried Zoloft. Prozac, and maybe SJW, were the only tolerable ones for me. I slept pretty well on Prozac and could even take afternoon naps. Fatigue got to be a problem after about 8 months on it and at about a year to year and a half, it got really bad. The first 6 months were great though.

It's still an SSRI, so you're likely to still have some fatigue, it's just considered the most energizing of the SSRIs. You can't live life if you're in bed all day long.
