I posted quite a bit on this over the last few weeks, I hope people are not tired of hearing about it, but it has been tremendously helpful for me, so I just wanted to share.
I started taking Evening primrose oil 3-4 caps in the morning and 3-4 in the day sometimes..also supporting vitamins like zinc, vit C and vit E ( gamma-tocopherol variety). The Primrose has GLA in it and that is converted to PGE 1. A substance that reduces inflammation. Anyway, in short my goal is to reduce PGE 2 ( pro-inflammatory) and evevate PGE 1 thus reducing inflammation.
