Prozac: reuptake of serotonin across multiple transmitters (5HTx)

Seroquel: antagonist / blockade of the following

5HT (serotonin) mainly at 5HT1A, 5HT2, D1 (dopamine) and D2, majorly at H1 (histamine) and a1 and a2 (adrenergic) as a byproduct responsible for its sleepymaking, minorly at 5HT3 as all antipsychotics (antiemetic)
