Lithium doesn't help anxiety.
And for now the Xanax effect is strong, but once your body gets used to that dosage it won't. Then you have to increase and so on and so on.
You said you are bipolar, correct? Why aren't you on a mood stabiliser and why are you on Prozac which is a no-no for people with BP.
Have you tried Seroquel? A lot of people take it for anxiety.
