Typos or not, I appreciate your response. Yes, I am aware that IMI and desipramine essentially have the same relationship as celexa/lexapro. However, each seems to be part of the puzzle; whatever happens to IMI in the process of becoming DES seems to have therapeutic value. The concept is to get relief without (a) getting overly fatigued (IMI monotherapy)or (b) becoming a maniac (desipramine monotherapy). Hope this combo can work because nothing else seems to.
