Simple dopamine reuptake doesnt nessecarily cause any of those things. What makes stimulants work like say amphetamine is a whole list of things. From hijacking DAT cells, minor MAO inhibition, etc. Spikes in dopamine is the main factor behind energy/motivation and activating pleasure circuitry.
