Let's see, what was your reaction to Lamictal? There are the new prescription formulations of methylfolate, which are supposed to be quite helpful -- I take one, MetanX, which has other B vitamins, too. Others have had good things to say about Deplin, which is another option. I think you've augmented with tryptophan? Eating helps -- it really does make a difference, no matter how much some of us hate to admit that.
You mentioned that you have MS, too? I didn't know that, because my guess is that it's very much involved in your continuing depression. Are you taking any sort of treatment for it? Many of the substances used to treat it can have psychiatric effects. And no treatment can also include psychiatric effects. Regardless, I just read something about treating MS, and will look that up.
I'm sorry you're not feeling better, but I'm very glad that you're not having side effects. How long have you been at this dose? You know that it can take a while...
