Cymbalta is really good for pain in my case back pain but didn't have the stimulation for me as wellbutrin did. Isn't wellbutrin dopamine. And then cymbalta is serotonin with more norepenephrine than effexor xr. That's my understanding anyway. Anyway cymbalta at 60mg for three months did nothing for depression or anxiety. But when I stopped it had back pain so it must have gotten rid of that for me. Good luck in what you decide to do. phillipa
