I have taken Xanax for the last year 3mg/day
and has help me.
mmmm so no nardil and still with 3mg xanax
I guess I will feel horrible no matter the xanxWhat to do with these suicide thougths? , I cant learn to beat them . I have been with this disease more than 10 years and I cant figth the suicide toughts. damn

one person invites me to join a group where help people to left medicines because "they say" , they are just bussines. They will give me a diet
So i will be living a normal life just eating healthy .
I told her I will think about it.
I guess , good feed will improve my life , Im sure. But not sure about leaving meds it is my remedy.
Last Dr I saw , take me off Nardil because he said I muts try another drug that could me feel better. I disagree , then he continue telling me this many times so I left Nardil and start trying many meds . I almost killed myself with a gun those days. I was with my mom and dad , and they suffer a lot. THey are the only reason I have not killed myself.
I would like to be a healthy people . I feel Im going nowhere in my life
