Emsam and pain meds.

If anyone has any experience with the following situation I would like your feedback. I have been taking Emsam 6mg which is working well. However intense pain from Crohn's has returned. Without pain meds I cannot work. About 6 months ago I was taking oxycodone 5 to 10 mg a day as needed which took care of the pain.
However I know that many drugs are not for use with MAOI's. Especially Tramadol (which would not work) and Demerol. Of course I will work with my Doc on this but many docs are not used to dealing with MAOI's.
What meds have you used without problems? Is there any documentation I could show to doctor? I'm just afraid he will not help me with pain.
