Have you ever tried the herb feverfew? It is availbe as a migrane treatment, but it has 5-ht2a/c blockade like zyprexa (without the dopamine blockade). I find it helps anhedonia and can augment SSRI/SNRI's. If you see it try some. Its cheap & worth a try.
