Those sites should help with the meds -- but he'll still need to see a doctor. I recommend calling around for local low fee clinics. They exist, with a lot of them scattered around in LA.
OR, I called my old doctor after losing insurance, told her the story, and she agreed to keep my prescriptions going until I could get to a doctor. It's worth asking -- worst case, the doctor says no.
