Going from antidepressnats to mood stabilizers can be a ROUGH RIDE. I was yanked off antidepressants and thrust onto lithium and AP's in such a way that I have never recovered even almost 5 years later.
Antidepressants can be a roller coaster. You need to know yourself and know whats is the meds.
Simply put, when you're on drugs, you're on drugs.
