ok, so it,s many years later and I find the post as I've been watching Stevie Nicks Vids on YOUTUBE, after 86, she started plumping up, before, coke clues were here and there.
ALL BENZOS have a rough/tough withdrawal. I have a medical book on Benzo addiction and there are no easy ways to stop. I say, if they work for you, take em for the rest of your life, if they don't work, tapper slowly and do it with a DR. I've had to go to the ER 2 times because I was out of ATIVAN - the anxiety that comes with withdrawal is 10 times worse than the original anxiety I got the RX for!!! Rough/tough and HELL in a Handbasket is how I felt. I hope all goes well for everyone and that Stevie Nicks sings again. Thanks! Bzark1
