Abilify and Compulsive Gambling

Hi folks. In April, my pdoc prescribed 2mg Abilify along with my 20mg Lexapro. The Abilify was to help quell obsessive thoughts.
It helped quite a bit--but soon thereafter I developed the strangest urges to gamble (slot machines). It has gotten progressivley and increasingly out of control--though only this week, after a significant financial loss, did I have the reality check that this is a problem requiring immediate attention.
Is there any chance this could be related to the Abilify? Or must this just be pure coincidence...?
