Hi. I'm on a high dosage of abilify [30mg] and i keep having major problems every time i forget to take it.
the obvious solution to my problem is to not forget it... and i really try to remember, but I'm completely absent-minded and forget every once in awhile. The next obvious solution is to take it once i realize that i missed it, but that's only when i start feeling symptoms of withdrawal, and it takes awhille for the abilify to kick in.
SO the whole point of this is does anyone know any way to help deal with the withdrawal symptoms? at least until the abilify kicks in?
