50mg of amisulpride helps with dopamine, it's an anti-psychotic though however it didn't feel like one when i took it (felt more like ritalin or something in my opinion)
I've had some succes with dothiapen+ seroquel at night, side effects were annoying though.Effexor+melleril also worked but took a few months.
I've only been treated for SP and depression to a lesser extent.
