Seems strange that that tiny dose could do anything to you and if that makes you hypomanic do you have a diagnosis of bipolar? If so, a mood stablizer would be a better med for you. You say you have anxiety. What is your diagnosis?
Did your doctor prescribe that dose of celexa and have you called to tell him about the effects you are having?

I thought 10 mg was the lowest dose Celexa came in, how do split it to only take 1 - 5 mg?
