There is one, despite what the prescribing info says or does not say. The other name Shire gives to this med is Adderall XR. As an extended release form, seems to me that it should provide a (hopefully) more optimal dose over a period of time than what the regular formula would do. Other than that, tho, you're right. Same same.
Day two for me -- I'll report back in when I have something more reliable to share.
Oh, then again, Vyvanse *does* have that L-lysine molecule attached. I'm betting that Vyvanse users have a lower occurance of cold sores that regular Adderall users ... ;^)
