Strange, it didn't reduce mania, but made it worse?
Is your mania dysphoric or euphoric? Dysphoric mania can be harder to treat because it can sometimes have components of depression mixed in.
Melatonin is sometimes good for mania. It has an anticonvulsant effect, and can help some mania, but I wouldn't try it if you are on quercetin.
I tried the two together and had some funkey reactions. I think due to the fact that quercetin has some effects as a MAOI.
