Yes, I've tried many options and my goals are very realistic. Not only am I being treated with psychstimulants for ADD, I also have an ADD coach that I meet with in person and online once a week to discuss tools for living daily in controlling and managing this condition. So yes, quite frankly, I must say, realistic is definitely a plus for me. I've always been my best advocate in my treatment plan. Thanks for your response though, it's definitely appreciated.
