Thanks carebear,

I have increased my dose to 1050 from 900 about a week ago.. In the last day or so I think I might be a feeling a bit better, but it could be placebo. How long after an increase in dosage did you notice an effect on your mental state? Also did you find Lithium to be helpful for anxiety, if you had that? Thanks
