I spoke with T, who knows a lot about psychopharm.
I told him that basically I was taking klonopin prn, and that I didn't like the fact that it made me groggy and gave me 'hangover'.
He also recommended a shorter-acting benzo, like ativan or xanax.
Now I have to convince my old-fashioned pdoc...
sigh...
