> JBI bet you feel better in the summer months? You don't have to have full blown hypomania to have a diagnosis of bipolar. There are milder subtypes that just present as anxiety/panic with depression. If left untreated, it will get worse over time, thus harder to treat for some people. Are you taking any medication? My winter slumps have greatly improved since I have been on Lamictal.
