How did you come to the conclusion that your serotonin receptors were "fried" in your bladder? It looks as though urologists are actually using SRI type drugs to treat a lot of bladder symptoms, so I'm not sure avoiding them will help.
More to the point, though, just targeting another neurotransmitter isn't necessarily going to be the answer for you. If serotinergic drugs help with your mood disorder, then switching to a drug targeting norepinephrine won't necessarily be effective for you. No one really knows yet what causes mood disorders, and no one really knows how drugs treat mood disorders. More is being learned every day, of course, but right now we're still basically groping along in very dim light.
