The Citalopram made my anxiety worse, i had a panic attack on this...it was within the first week, but i couldn't take the idea of having another one.
I just started using the ephedrine and while, yes, in tooo much of a high dose it makes my anxiety worse, even when not taken, i feel like crap...anxiety anxiety anxiety! And since the anxiety seems never ending, i still feel better having some kind of focus and energy since i have to work full-time. But you are right, i'm sure there are beter things out there...i just havent come across them.
You have been very helpful, techno...any advice is welcomed right now, i just wanna feel better, ya know...normal?
