Antid's + Anti-psy's = ? (NEUROLOGICAL HELP PLEAS)

Hi All.
Is it important to take your anti-d's 12 hours after / before your anti-psy's?

Cos I am kinda worried the anti-psy's could nullify the effects of the antidepressent since they antagonise most of the receptors...

But its prolly a different mechanism alltogather.. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM?
