Anxiety all day, Endorphins at night..Whats up ???

My anxiety is terrible all day, but now under control with klonopin 1mg twice daily, xanax xr 1mg twice daily, and serzone 300mg/day. I am still anxious all day, but it's now bearable. At night it all goes away and I feel like I'm high. Are these my endorphins. It's not a manic state, but I feel like I could conquer the world and feel so good. It's like a high. What is up with this...??????????????
