It all depends on how you reply to your body when it says "give me sweets!!!". If you reply "OK, would we like a chocolate bar or a big bag of M&Ms" or if you reply "shut up, we don't eat sweets".
Reply to your cravings consistently the first way and yes, you will gain weight and it will have been indirectly because of EMSAM. Answer the second way and you'll likely even lose some weight from where you were when you started EMSAM.
I can tell you this, it makes me crave sweets like I've NEVER craved them before (don't forget that I am on the biggest patch) and I suspect it has a similar action on most other users.
